Celebrating artists inspired by the sea

Blue Minds, an artist-led exhibition of 27 world-leading contemporary creatives, was co-curated by Nico Kos Earle, Andrea Hamilton Studio and Julia Campbell Carter. Aiganym Gali exhibited alongside Callum Innes, Anna Barriball, Gideon Rubin, Mariele Neudecker, Bridget Smith, Marcus Lyon, Emma Critchley, Anne de Carbuccia, Andrea Hamilton, Karolina Woolf and Maya Sanbar, among others. The collective frames the ocean as an endless source of inspiration and highlights why a healthy ocean matters. Inspired by the tireless work of marine biologists and in association with the Blue Marine Foundation, Blue Minds set out to highlight the importance of ocean conservation through a creative medium.
Conceived by Blue Marine Ambassadors to inspire hope, this immersive show offers soundscapes, photography, installations, paintings, wearable art brands, ceramics, films, sculpture, workshops, talks, interactive media and discussion rooms.
Writing in Elite Traveler, Kim Ayling described Gali’s Steppe series as “vast and hypnotic”. The Lady also previewed the exhibition.
